The campsite located at Governor's beach offers average sanitary facilities but lacks hot water and wifi. While you can access a nice beach, the view and smells from a nearby refinery are disappointing. On the positive side, the campsite offers peaceful evenings, laundry facilities, and non-potable water for filling tanks. The pitches are shaded, and prices are based on the available services.
We enjoyed a 5-night stay in the off-peak season. The cost for our camper and two people was 10 euros, with an additional 3 euros for electricity connection. The grounds were spacious and picturesque, providing a peaceful and beautiful view of the sea. There was a village with shops and local food just 5 kilometers away. Overall, it was a delightful experience.
