This is an ideal option for a stopover or a visit to Ljubljana. This newly renovated place offers clean facilities and free waste disposal. Electricity and water are available for a fee. The city center is easily accessible by bus line 1 (taking approximately 25 minutes), and the ticket machine is conveniently located at the parking area. Dogs are welcome, and there are nearby paths for walks. Despite being close to bus stops and roads, the area is not noisy. The parking area is well-lit and highly secure.
Great place to spend the night. We parked in the city to explore it and then used this spot for our onward journey. It was clean and quiet, despite some minor scrapes. The only issue was finding the entrance - it's not via the golf course, but rather through the P&R parking lot. Once you locate it, the camping spot is visible.
We visited on 16/07 and found the location to be satisfactory. However, we received a €40 fine despite having paid for our ticket. We, and other camper van drivers, are unsure of what we did wrong. All explanations were in Slovenian.
