There is a parking area nearby the Church of Santa Maria in Valle di Porclaneta for visitors to conveniently park their vehicles.
Nice place in the shade of Velino. I stopped by, but didn't spend the night. However, I want to go back. There are several spaces available to relax, various paths and walks, and the people seemed quite welcoming - all the passersby and shepherds greeted us.
There is a beautiful place next to the church with a fountain, but it can only be reached on foot. It is not possible to drive there, so you can only refill containers to collect water.
