There is a spacious picnic area located by the lake, offering covered benches, a fireplace, clean restroom facilities, a bathing beach, and a fishing pier designed for people with disabilities. In addition, the meadow provides plenty of standing space, although it can be muddy during heavy rain. If you prefer a more secluded spot, there is a corn field nearby where we were completely alone on the weekend. Despite being close to the freeway, the area is surprisingly quiet at night. Furthermore, there is an open barrier and the local residents are friendly and accommodating.
There is a wonderful spot by the lake with cabins that are two years old and have toilets. It is very calm and peaceful, perfect for a good night's sleep and relaxation. I highly recommend visiting this beautiful place. And the best part? It's free.
