Camping Vigna di Valle is a charming, family-owned campsite situated on Lake Bracciano. It offers a small on-site supermarket and bistro. Although the lakeside pitches may be slightly pricier, they come highly recommended. The sanitary facilities are well-maintained, although they may appear a bit dated. The campsite's convenient location allows for easy access to Rome, which is just an hour away by suburban train.
The reception was very friendly and after calling ahead, they assured us that everything was ready for our arrival. The campground is located in a peaceful area with lovely pitches under the trees. The sanitary facilities were clean, although slightly outdated. Paying for showers with coins is acceptable, but it could be updated to a more modern system.
I spent two nights outdoors, next to the lake. It's a great place to spend time with family. The facilities were in good condition, including a hot coin-operated shower.
