I had an amazing experience and I will definitely come back at full satisfaction. Everyone was excellent, from the staff to the entertainers and service staff. The entire place was clean and the resort was top-notch. I will certainly return.
The sanitation is clean, but the areas are mostly dusty and filled with old leaves. They advertise as being very dog-friendly, but dogs are only allowed in a small strip of the beach at certain times and only in the designated paid dog area. Overall, it's crowded and highly regulated, but the check-in process can be chaotic. The pools are nice, the beachfront restaurant is pleasant, and the supermarket has a good selection.
