There is available space for paragliders to launch at a scenic site with beautiful views of sunsets over Blankenhain and the surrounding area. However, please note that parking is only allowed along the way. To access the site, go to the western OE of Altdörnfeld and walk 150m up the gravel path. The launch site is located near the monument and is recommended for box vans or similar vehicles.
