Quiet and secluded, except for occasional traffic from the nearby agritourism (only in the summer and at specific times). The unpaved path to Castelmezzano, starting from the picnic area on the main road just over 1 km away, offers a beautiful forest experience. However, it's not an easy walk and requires appropriate clothing and hiking shoes. There is a slow, yet useful, fountain available.
