Apollonia Gi is a privately-owned piece of land spanning 6000 m2 located between Mount Olympus and the Aegean Sea. It is only 2 km away from the sandy beach. We offer long-term rentals at special prices for 3 months, 6 months, or yearly durations. The land is completely fenced and conveniently situated, with the local village just 700 m away, offering various amenities such as supermarkets, butchers, post offices, pharmacies, cafes, taverns, and gas stations. The train station and national highway Thessaloniki - Athens are just a few minutes away, and the international airport Thessaloniki is only 1.5 hours away. The unique combination of the high mountain and proximity to the sea provides an incredible experience of exploring nature, engaging in outdoor activities, relaxing on the beach, and immersing oneself in Greek life. The area is peaceful and surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, chestnut trees, and kiwifruit plantations. The view stretches from the highest peaks of Mount Olympus to the impressive gorge Ziliana, the hill of the Castle of Platamonas, the ridge of the historical mountain village Paleos Panteleimonas, and the coastline of the Aegean Sea. The mild climate ensures enjoyable summers and playful winters, allowing for cooling swims in the clean sea and fun activities in the snowy mountains. Spring brings a variety of colorful flowers, and autumn makes nature and outdoor activities particularly special. We offer long-term rentals of our 12 private plots with various features such as large private spaces of 250 m2, fresh water connections, grey water systems, shade installations, tree planting, and power supply. General facilities on the land include fresh water availability, a grey water biological drainage system, safety fencing, WIFI, large sliding gates at the main entrances, parking spaces, and access for trailers and trucks. The entire ground is flattened, ensuring easy rain drainage. Various outdoor and nature activities can be enjoyed in the area, including hiking, trekking, mountain biking, paragliding, scuba diving, horse riding, canyoning, and canoeing.
