This place offers a beautiful view and has grill areas, benches with tables, but no fountain. When we visited, there was a lively barbecue party in the cabin across the square, which attracted a lot of people and activity. However, there are no trash bins, so be prepared to bring and dispose of your own waste. Overall, it's a nice place, but visitors should bring their own supplies and take responsibility for cleaning up.
