This location is peaceful and isolated from any nearby roads. However, it's important to note that the lake has a low water level, resulting in muddy conditions and an increased presence of insects. Consequently, it may not be very appealing for swimming or other water-related activities.
Great area for a peaceful few days. Bird watching, fishing available. The road is unpaved but accessible for camper vans and not too long. Be careful, if coming from Alange, the road starts a bit earlier than indicated on GPS. Please respect the cleanliness of the area. We picked up some discarded beer bottles. Lots of mosquitoes, but they don't bite.
