Guests can enjoy bike rides along the canal, with routes to Charleroi-Thuin-Erquelines and Brussels. Brussels is easily accessible by train, with a stop in the village taking just 30 minutes. However, it is worth noting that there is only one shower available for the entire campsite. Despite this, there are amenities nearby such as a supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy, all within 400 meters.

This campsite offers a basic and affordable camping experience. You can choose to pay only for your campsite, with additional charges for amenities such as electricity, water, and showers. The campsite has a nearby river, providing opportunities for walking and biking. The facilities could benefit from some renovations. Unfortunately, we experienced a lack of hot water for the paid showers. While there may not be many activities in the surrounding area, it is a satisfactory option for a one-night stay.

The campsite is basic, although slightly expensive considering the limited amenities. The grass is well maintained, but the site is quite flat. That's all there is for €22 per night in August 2022, including electricity for campervans. However, there aren't many alternatives nearby.
