The beach has good parking options, and it is a quiet area with occasional dog walkers. Visitors can choose to park in designated spots or on the grass across the road. Other campers were also parked on the grass near the beach.

The location offers a peaceful night and morning. It is popular for surfing, despite the small waves. However, parking can be challenging due to the narrow road and limited layby space. The beach is beautiful, especially on sunny days.

The location is near the beach, but the slope is steeper than it appears in pictures. Therefore, we chose to go further up the road towards Crosslake.
