There is a pleasant picnic area located between a road and a lake. Although there can be some noise from passing traffic, it tends to decrease significantly overnight. The area offers lovely views of the lake. It can accommodate around 4 or 5 motorhomes, but keep in mind that it is also used as a parking spot for lorries, which may limit the available space. It is conveniently a 30-minute drive to the ferry port in Kristiansand.
