The cheese shops have local products, but it's no longer possible to stay overnight. We had to settle for the CCP area just outside. It's unfortunate.

You can park overnight at the Mont d'Or cheese dairy's parking lot after informing the shop. The next morning at 9 a.m., you can take a guided tour of the cheese factory and witness the cheese-making process.

Enjoy a full day of free exploring with the option to watch two films and visit the museum on the upper floor. There is parking available for camping cars on the left side, where the buses park. You can choose between a guided or self-guided tour, and even stay overnight for free. Don't forget to check out the lovely boutique where you can find cheeses, wines, and more.
