This parking space is located in a scenic area within the Solling nature park, right by a lake suitable for bathing. The driveway is paved with tarmac and the parking area is made of gravel and asphalt. It can accommodate two large campers or six regular-sized campers. However, it is not recommended to park across the six designated spaces as it is not convenient for campers. Caravans are also not permitted in this area and are requested to find alternative parking. As the maintenance of this site is carried out voluntarily by a non-profit organization, round-the-clock supervision is not possible. The association hopes that everyone will show fair and respectful behavior towards each other. There are several attractions nearby including the Löwenburg castle ruins (1 km), the Solling high ropes course (15 km), Einbeck beer town (15 km), and the BAB 7 highway (15 km). The village also offers a variety of dining options. To preserve the natural beauty of this camper place, please refrain from using electricity for heating or operating the air conditioning.
