In October, there is no cost to visit and the area is usually not crowded. There is a source of fresh water behind the gate that can be used, although it may not be accessible when the beach facilities are open. Please note that there is a manhole located near the fresh water area, it should not be used for dumping. It appears that some locals may use this area for nighttime meetings, but it is uncertain if these meetings are for romantic purposes or involve illegal activities.
