Free tranquil campsite available if you also dine at the nearby pub. Friendly staff. Lovely flat grass area. They have a small shop stocked with various food items and fresh fruits/vegetables. Highly recommended.

The Bettle and Chisel is a charming pub that offers a free campsite at the back. The campsite is flat and peaceful, with no need for leveling. Although there is no electrical connection, you can exchange gas bottles if needed. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. On Friday nights, they have live music. If you order in advance, you can have an early breakfast. Additionally, there is a SPAR store conveniently located across the street.

Enjoy a complimentary stay at an ideal location. All they request is the patronage of the pub. We spent a night here and found the staff to be extremely welcoming. We had a few drinks and played cards, feeling secure throughout our visit. In the morning, we found convenient access to public restrooms across the road.
