Welcome to the Steiner family's campsite! Our pitches are located directly on a farm, surrounded by a beautiful meadow. The pitches have turf paving stones and a slight slope. You will have access to electricity, water, and waste disposal facilities. The toilets and showers are a bit basic, but functional. Although there is a nearby railway line, you will be treated to magnificent views of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains and the delightful countryside atmosphere of the farm.
Great farmhouse campsite with friendly reception. Beautiful bike ride along the Elbe Cycling Path to Ducin, Czech Republic. The sanitary facilities are clean and showers are available for a fee of €1.00 for 3 minutes. However, the waste water disposal area is difficult to access, as it is located too close to a hedge and too far forward, making it challenging for campers longer than 7.60 meters. The water drainage area for waste water is also in high grass, which is not ideal.
The place was wonderful! We felt very comfortable. We stayed there for 2 nights. It's about 2 km to Ratingen Kurort (ferry) or Königstein. It's easily reachable by bike in a short time. There's a great view of the Lillienstein and the mountains! The train runs until 10 pm and starts again around 4 am. It didn't bother us! The Steiner family is very friendly and keeps everything clean and well-maintained.
