There is a picturesque hilltop location situated on a peaceful off-road route near the A338 highway. The area offers expansive views of the surrounding landscape. The track leading to the spot has a solid surface and can be accessed in all weather conditions when approaching from the A338. Visitors are advised to park beside the field-gate without obstructing the track or the gate. Please note that farm vehicles occasionally use the track during daylight hours. For all-weather access, you can enter through the layby on the A338 at coordinates 51.328235, -1.679056. At your own discretion, you can drive further south along the track to Everleigh. During winter, a 4WD vehicle is recommended, while any vehicle can be used in the summer. Cautionary drivers should turn back and exit the same way they entered, returning to the A338. Generally, the track is very quiet, except for a couple of days each year when the harvest is being collected. It is important to note that the track is legally classified as a 'byway open to all traffic,' meaning it is not a maintained road but can be used by anyone.

This is a peaceful location that can be easily accessed by a large van. The gravel road leading to it should be driven carefully. There is a slight noise from the nearby highway, but it is hardly noticeable compared to the sound of birds. Mobile phone reception is good, with 2-3 bars on Lycamobile and full reception on O2. Some dirt bikes passed by in the afternoon, but since the wind was blowing in our direction, the dust wasn't much of a problem.
