There is a great location near the city where people can relax and have barbecues during the day.
We took a walk to the zoo during the day. It was not far from where we were staying, just a short walk over a bridge to the park entrance. The night was peaceful, with many locals relaxing and camping, grilling sausages, or fishing by the river.
A great riverside location in the city, next to the Oder river. There's a bar on the other side, but the music can only be heard until early evening. Beware: there are a lot of mosquitoes! It's not advisable to camp there without a mosquito net.
