The area near the road is mostly flat. The driveway has some bumps but is manageable when dry. It's quiet except for some passing sheep. There is enough space for 4-5 vans, with shaded areas that are not easily seen from the street.
The area is quiet because it's a dead-end street with only a parking lot behind the building. Evenings get calmer. It is a bit away from the road, and since it is early in the season, there are no animals around. While there is no view, it’s a good place for a night.
Wet conditions in winter can make the ground soft. Vehicles may become stuck, so it's not advisable to drive in these conditions during winter.
