The campground is situated in the central area of Karklė. It is a family-owned business and is conveniently located within a 7-minute walking distance from the Baltic Sea. Pets are allowed at the campground, and the owner is welcoming and fluent in both Lithuanian and German languages.
A lovely spot with a short walk to the beach. The facilities are excellent, with fresh water and waste disposal available. The highlight, however, is the owner who is extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. He is always ready for a friendly chat (he speaks multiple languages!) and even gave us a bag of apples from his garden.
Great campsite with friendly owner who speaks German. The new washroom is under construction, but the alternative is also clean. The owner greeted us with apples, which was a nice gesture. Highly recommended.
