This is a simple rest area with a gravel surface located beside the road. The ground is even and sturdy, and there is very little traffic. It is suitable for a one-night stay, and you won't have to worry about mosquitoes as there are no bodies of water nearby. Across the road, there is a well-paved forest road that also provides parking space.
The place we stayed at was pretty ordinary, but it served its purpose. We spent a night here because everything else nearby was overcrowded and we didn't want to be packed in like sardines. It's a decent spot for a one-night stay! Just be aware that there are still mosquitos, even if there isn't any water nearby.
