There are two spacious parking spots for vans located behind trees in the peaceful and clean grotta del neve area near Fornazzo. The area offers a flat terrain and a beautiful view of the eastern slope of Etna. There is minimal nighttime traffic on the road and even during August, the parking lot remains empty.

This place offers a beautiful view of Mount Etna and the stars at night. We highly recommend staying here as it is very clean and peaceful during the night.

Great location, but unfortunately it was impossible to have meals outdoors in the evening and morning due to a heavy fly infestation. Take a nice walk to the cave nearby, which is a 5-minute walk away (bring a flashlight).
