There are several beautiful private campsites nestled in the forest near the lake. Access to these sites is via a dirt road. However, please note that there are no amenities available. It's worth mentioning that the noise from the nearby highway reduced the overall rating to four stars. During a Saturday night in September, there were a few other campers, including friendly local fishermen.
