A very friendly family. They provided lemons and olives. Always willing to help. The shower costs 50 cents for warm water, which can be a bit tricky, but it works. The toilet does not have a seat. We stayed for one night and it cost 20€ per night with electricity for two people and a dog. There were three dogs on the premises, but they were well-behaved.
This place is located near the beach and the owner is friendly. They even offered us a discount for staying a week. The laundry service is reasonably priced. However, the water from the showers has a salty taste. Keep in mind that during the off-season, there are no restaurants or grocery stores open nearby, so you'll need to go to Gaeta for these amenities.
