We stayed overnight on a Wednesday in July. There was a lot of traffic, and at 1 AM, some young people started to party nearby. The next morning, the view was nice, but unpleasant smells made us leave quickly.

The location offers a beautiful scenic view and is easily accessible from the road. It can get busy on Sundays due to traffic. The view itself is stunning. One can even hike down to the ocean with proper hiking shoes.
