Kidbrooke Farm is a charming and serene working farm, offering a tranquil getaway. The rustic accommodations provide basic amenities and have a delightful rural appeal. Starting in 2023, parking will be conveniently located in two fields, depending on the whereabouts of the sheep. In addition to a water tap, there is now a toilet and a WC available. Forest Row village, with its array of shops, pubs, and organic farm, is just a 5-minute walk away. The farm is also situated near Ashdown Forest, offering numerous walking and cycling routes. Guests can even utilize the farm bicycle to explore the village shops. Please note that the entrance is located across from the Michael Hall school signpost, on a private road exclusively for the farm (not the track leading to the house). As for check-in, kindly ensure your arrival is prior to 9pm. Payment can be made to the owners or the couple in the Portuguese camper. There are three hardstandings with electric hook-ups available near the barn. Currently, we are selling plums on the farm.
This location is a pleasant place to stay for a night or longer. It is only an hour away from Brighton. Although we did not visit the village, it appears to be quite nice. There is access to drinking water and toilets, but no garbage bins. Please note that only water bottles can be filled, not camper vans.
The site is highly recommended with friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. It offers great amenities for dogs and is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk away from the village. Many visitors have returned to this wonderful place.
