Conveniently located 800m from the historic center, this motorhome area offers a peaceful environment with cycle paths nearby. Gas cylinders can be exchanged at the reception, which is open from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Payments can be made in cash and should be placed in an envelope in a secure box. Caravans are not permitted.
Clean and tidy place. We stopped here during our journey, it doesn't have a restroom or shower but everything else is available. It's a 5-minute walk to the bakery, excellent pizzeria, and the old town is a 10-minute walk away (very beautiful). It's great for dog owners as it's located near a park and the Neckar river. The price of 11 euros per RV and 1 euro for 2 KW of electricity is acceptable to us. We will visit again.
Quiet and well-organized campsite for motorhomes with friendly and helpful staff. It is best to arrive between 10 am and 2 pm as the site tends to fill up in the afternoon. The nearby town of Ladenburg is worth a visit and easily accessible on foot. The campsite is a great starting point for cycling trips to Buga in Mannheim, Heidelberg, and Weinheim.
