Unfortunately, we couldn't find it anywhere. Does this place even exist? We usually follow the route to get to these places, but ended up in a residential area with no sign of a camper spot anywhere nearby.
Rawcliffe Caravan Park is a small, but well-equipped site with 13 spacious pitches for caravans. It is conveniently located just 3 miles outside of historic York, with its year-round downtown attractions. There is easy access to the city center via a Park & Ride bus service, as well as a scenic cycle path and footpath along the River Ouse. Our facilities include a heated toilet block with excellent shower facilities, disabled facilities, and a small laundry. Each pitch offers grass and hard ground, as well as water and drainage, electric hookups, and a chemical disposal point. We are also dog-friendly, but kindly request that dogs are kept on a leash at all times, and there are plenty of nearby dog walks for their enjoyment.

This location is a great spot to visit the city of York. The pictures are fantastic and all the necessary facilities are within a 10-minute walk. You can easily reach the city center by taking a park and ride bus. The Lysander Arms pub is responsible for setting up this wonderful site and they offer delicious food and drinks. Just remember not to use the site's postcode, instead use YO30 5TZ. Overall, it is an excellent site.
