The Two Boats Inn is located by the canal and has a carpark at the back. You'll receive a warm and friendly welcome there. They offer delicious food at reasonable prices. Additionally, if you dine there, they are happy for you to stay overnight, which I highly recommend.
The pub we stumbled upon was a pleasant surprise. They were very welcoming to both humans and dogs, offering a wide selection of food and drinks. We were even able to access their WiFi from our van to watch a sports event. The location was peaceful, with an overnight car park conveniently located near a beautiful canal for a pleasant walk. We had ample space in the car park, although it is worth noting that this was in February.
This pub provides a pleasant and friendly atmosphere with helpful staff. The food offered is traditional pub fare and reasonably priced. There may be some noise from the road in the early morning, but if you park higher up, you can enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature such as ducks and deer. The pub located near the canal was not as accommodating and had higher prices.
