Hohe Wand Blick-Camp is a small family campsite situated in an ideal location for climbers. It is a great starting point for climbing Hohe Wand or embarking on the via ferrata. Please note that there are no facilities available for caravans. However, we do offer a pleasant shower experience in our tee-pee tent.
Even in April, this place remains popular. Cars still arrive late, braving the weather to set up tents and climb the next day. The house has clean bathrooms and sinks. Someone came early to register us, it was hassle-free. We paid €17 for our caravan and two people. Just note, if there are multiple caravans, it could get crowded.
Affordable campsite with a great view. Clean and well-maintained facilities with shower huts. Perfect for climbers. We stayed for just one night as a stopover. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, so we continued our journey south - otherwise, I would have stayed another day. I would deliberately choose this campsite again. Simple but beautiful, not for glampers (which is a good thing).
