I went there yesterday evening to spend the night. When I arrived, I noticed several cars in the parking lot with their lights on, each car occupied by only one person, all men. As I parked, two cars immediately parked next to me and a man got out, staring at me continuously. It appears that this place serves as a meeting point for a specific group of people.
