It can be used for peaceful picnics, but also for overnight stays. However, there is a catch. When we arrived at 9 pm, there was a barrier and a guard approached us. Fortunately, the guard couldn't close the parking lot as long as there was an empty car present. He allowed us to stay there. Just sharing this information in case it's helpful.
