There is a lovely spot by the lake, a short distance away. It has a table, a pier with wheelchair access, and restrooms. It is suitable for a peaceful overnight stay. There is a well-maintained dirt road leading to the location. Please note that camping is not allowed.

The area is picturesque with decent toilet facilities. However, camping is now prohibited and there are large rocks blocking the area as of 2021. Additionally, there is no cell phone coverage available.
