The WiFi was inadequate and there was street noise, but the staff was friendly. It's an acceptable choice for a one-night stay. It's likely that the lower-ranked places have better amenities. We just happened to be at a higher-ranked place.
Great location by the sea with magnificent views. Clean and well-maintained bathrooms. Good Wi-Fi. Highly recommended.
