This hidden spot is unexpectedly peaceful. The ground might be muddy due to winter conditions. It is a great place to stay for a night or two. Another vehicle joined me during my visit and there was ample space for one more.

This layby is located on a quiet road and offers a beautiful view of the moors. It is a great spot to have lunch or enjoy the sunset. The surface is mostly flat, but be careful of some ruts near the edge. The nearby Roman Hillfort is also worth visiting for its stunning views.
