There is a spacious lay-by located on the road leading to a radar station. Although slightly uneven, it can accommodate large vehicles like 4x4 campers. The area offers excellent views of the nearby Sumburgh Airport. It is a tranquil spot with no traffic at night.
This location is peaceful with minimal traffic, although it is susceptible to strong winds and is not very even. It is advisable for only 4x4 vehicles to access this area. However, it offers great vistas of the airport and the nearby beaches.
