The operators are not interested in guests who only want to stay for one night. Communication became more difficult after the number of nights was established over the phone. Reception was only available until 6:30 PM, contrary to what was stated on their website until 7 PM. The campsite was fully occupied, so we were relocated to the edge of the facility with our tent, bikes, and three children. Even though the campsite was only 80% full, it didn't matter.
