This place is located on the river, but not on the elevated bank. You can go for a swim here. It is a popular spot for young people to meet on weekends. It may get flooded during high tide, so it is advised to leave in advance during rainy weather. Apart from that, it is a lovely place with trees providing shade. However, like many other places, there is often trash, especially around the fire pits. The access to the rear area from the elevated bank is a bit steep, so it is not suitable for larger vehicles.
