This spot is conveniently located near the starting point of the hike up Mount Olympus. Additionally, it is close to Bythos Waterfall and a charming historic town, which can be reached within a 30-minute walk (although it is quite steep). The spot is situated in the car park for the Chapel of Prophet Elias, where there is access to a tap from a spring. To reach the gorge and waterfalls, one can either take a steep scramble down or access it from the Myloi restaurant. The area is generally peaceful with minimal car traffic. However, it's important to note that the town itself is characterized by steep, narrow, and winding roads.

The location is actually quite nice as it offers peace and quiet, water (near the church), and trash bins. The view from the church is absolutely beautiful, although getting to the popular hiking trails in the Olympos Valley requires a bit of a challenging climb through the forest.

The village is difficult to reach due to narrow streets. There is noise until 3am, including barking dogs. However, there is a nice view of a small chapel.
