The road in question is a gravel and dirt path that is generally in decent condition with a few minor dents. There are multiple spots along the road where one can park, although they might not always be level. It may be difficult for large motorhomes to make U-turns at certain points. Along the road, you'll find a beautiful waterfall to explore and some areas with picnic tables. I cannot personally attest to the overnight stay options, and it's worth noting that I visited in March when it was considered off-season.
