This campsite is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac and offers a calm and modest atmosphere. While it mainly caters to permanent residents, there is also space for tourists looking to explore Leuven or Mechelen. It is especially sought after during the Werchter festival.
The reception was unfriendly and charged an additional €5 fee for using the services that should have been included in the price. A €1 fee was also required for using the garbage bins. To check out the following morning, it was necessary to find the lady. Only cash payment was accepted, and no receipt was provided to confirm payment.
The decision was made to not stay due to the untidy appearance of numerous permanent caravans present at the location.
