This small green area by the roadside has a table and a trash can. It is rarely used by vehicles and has a few pedestrians passing by without any issues. Although there is sunlight, there are only a few trees nearby. It's a good spot for a short rest, but I suggest finding another location to spend the night. Personally, as a traveler in the region, I find this spot quite pleasant.
