There is a nice green area where you can swim in the river. Access is only possible with a 4x4 vehicle, and you need to drive through a shallow area. It is recommended to explore the path on foot after the water source. Turnaround is only possible after crossing the shallow area.
This location offers a great stay with a nice view of Piton de Katchkhi, a clear river, green grass, and few disturbances except for cows. However, finding a flat area can be tricky, and the sun sets early behind the cliffs at around 5 PM in late April.
