We stayed here for a night after climbing Halti. There were several other off-road vehicles nearby. The access road is long and bumpy, but it leads to a very barren and remote landscape.

Parking is available for Halti, which offers hiking options with great views and a quiet environment at an elevation of about 800 meters. Snow can make access difficult, but smaller vans can manage in dry conditions. A shelter with benches and tables is present. Avoid the northern route; it’s not suitable for cars.
