Camping is not allowed at Holzöstersee, so we found a beautiful site nearby. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed a peaceful, natural atmosphere. The site offers electricity, Wi-Fi, outdoor showers, restrooms, and a drink refrigerator. The Salzach bike path is nearby. We stayed for two nights and plan to return.
