The final segment (300m) of the road was heavily flooded with mud, making it impassable for vehicles of any kind. There are plans to repair it in the future.
This campsite is located next to a river, offering a picturesque setting with a wide sandy beach and trees all around. The path down to the campsite is slightly steep and gravelly, so caution is advised. There is a narrow bridge with a possibly limited weight capacity, but it should not be a problem for a Defender 110 with a complete package. There is a small roof with benches for shelter. Unfortunately, the waterfall was not functioning during our visit on May 27th, 2019. It is a peaceful place with occasional fishermen passing by.

This spot is easily accessible without a 4x4 vehicle as of May 2023. However, the condition of the last few meters may vary. It is recommended to stop at the bridge and assess the condition before proceeding. The location is incredibly peaceful and we highly enjoyed our time there. Please be cautious of wild boars and other animals in the area.
