There is a rest stop called Strunga near a monument. Although it is not an official parking area, it is located very close to the main road (D 28 / E585) which may result in noise. However, it offers a lovely forest for walking, picnic tables in close proximity, and even a forest toilet. If you have no better options, it could be worth staying for a night.
